surely a download would be available online?

Flash isn't provided by Adobe and yet it's available online if you know where to look

Hmmm... i did find a download at a website i trust, i got Adobe Animate, Media Encoder and that video editor one i forgot the name of there, and i guess is an option but my morals book says pirating is Ok as long as it's against Adobe, and Sketchbook is still available, but not longer from Autodesk freely, so... might as well buy a better software with more functions than Sketchbook, although hanks for the tip, if i feel greedy enough might nab it from that website i found to keep using it again

@FluffBrainless Also, fwiw I haven't used Sketchbook but there's a lot of other drawing software out there that's both paid and free. What do you think of Krita?

Tried it for a few weeks, strictly for the animation aspect, i think the interface overwhelmed me, but that might just've been in the animation part, i did consider downloading it again, but idk, i liked it had a lot of brushes i gotta say, maybe i'll give it another try

@FluffBrainless Blender 2.93's draw mode looks a lot like Flash's animation setup (timeline, canvas, etc.) so that's also worth looking at if you're used to flash

Never considered it, i did try it for 2D animations and a bit of modelling, but never for a drawing option alone, sure, another option to look forward to

You can also install nothing at all. And doodle a bit on aggie.io

Can also invite some other people to join in on the sesion by sharing the link if ya want.
It functions supprisingly good for a free drawing aplication that works on an internet browser.

Tried it with a couple fellas a while ago, we drew Wario's, it seemed complete yes, and it does look like the interface i was used to, sure i also didnt consider this as an option, i'll try a thing or two in there after im done testing this Flash software i got illicitly, thanks!
